Claiming a Gift Card
Get up to £200 Amazon or M&S e-gift card when you take out Life Care insurance policy.
Customers who purchase Life Care Insurance, either through the Life Care website or over the phone between May 15th, 2023, and March 15th, 2024, are eligible for this offer. The value of the e-gift card depends on the monthly premium of the policy purchased, with values ranging from £50 to £200.

Only one e-gift card is available per household, and customers who previously received a gift card for a policy but cancelled do not qualify for subsequent gift cards. A letter or email will be sent within 30 days of the policy start date, detailing "what happens next." To be eligible for the e-gift card, customers must have maintained their policy for six months without cancellation or claim, and payments must be up to date.
Once the six-month qualification period has passed, a "Choice" letter or email will be sent with instructions on how to redeem the e-gift card. Customers will have six months from the date of the "Choice" message to claim the gift card, after which they will no longer be eligible. In the unlikely event that the gift card becomes unavailable, a similar alternative with the same value will be provided. This offer does not include cashback customers.
